We want you to love your Missy Empire fits, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, have all tags attached, and are in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Repack Your Items

Place your unwanted items back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached and the items are in their original condition.

Register Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred shipping method.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old delivery labels.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been fully processed by our team.
